the plan : the goal for analogue haven is simple. we only sell high-quality equipment that we personally use. this includes synthesizers, effect processors, sequencers, control
interfaces, audio recording gear, build it yourself items (diy kits) and more. if it is high quality gear made for creating electronic music, we want it. contact us if you don't see it listed on
our website and you think we should sell it.

web store : we do a considerable amount of our business online. as you look at our catalog you will notice shipping cart icons on all of the items we sell. if the item is listed
as "in stock" then it should be in our store and available immediately. if the item is listed as "email us for availability" then it is not in stock and you can feel free to contact us by phone or
email for an approximate re-stock date. sometimes an item will be listed as "pre-order". in that case we will take your order and payment to secure the item from our first shipment. we generally
only take pre-orders for items that are due to arrive soon.

payment methods : we accept a variety of payment methods including debit or credit card (visa and mastercard only), paypal, bank transfer or zelle, money order or cashier's
check and cash for in-person transactions. note that for cancelled paypal orders, even if we haven't shipped yet, paypal will not refund their fees once the payment has been sent.
trade-ins, used and vintage gear :we do take trade-ins of good condition gear to help offset the price of new purchases. please email us a list of items you are considering
trading in so that we can make an offer. all of our used gear is listed here.
shipping : most domestic orders ship with usps priority mail and international orders with usps first class or priority mail. smaller domestic orders may ship with usps ground
advantage, at our discretion (or if requested). shipments to po boxes must ship with usps. all shipping services include tracking. shipment notifications are sent automatically when we send the
order. if you don't receive tracking please reply to the shipment notification to request it. everything we sell is new unless listed on our used page. we tend to test a lot of the items before
we ship to prevent defects from arriving. we try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, weekends excluded. if your order is held up for any reason please contact us for an update. most
orders over $300 ship with usps for free within the US- there are very few exceptions. for international orders there is always a shipping cost.
sales tax : orders shipped to or picked up within california are charged the sales tax rate of 10.25%. we do not charge sales tax to orders shipped to other states. some
countries may charge an import tax- it varies by country. customers not in the us should be aware of that.
returns : new gear may be returned within 30 days if it is in the original condition and the packaging is unopened. the purchase price less any shipping cost paid will be refunded. if
shipping was free then the amount we paid for shipping will be deducted. if the gear is opened then a 15% re-stocking fee will apply so that we can sell it as "used".
used gear is non-returnable unless defective. in that case please notify us within 7 days of the gear arriving. defective new gear can be returned for the same item only. most manufacturers offer at least
a one year return policy against defects on new gear but after 30 days you must work directly with them. please note that for all paypal orders whether for new or used gear the original paypal fees will
not be refunded as paypal will not return these.
